It seems that Monsignor David Cappo (right) is suffering the consequences of taking his priestly eye off his role as a Catholic Priest. He seems more fixed on his serving Rann politics at taxpayers expense, ($115,00 plus perks).
The only loser in this is obviously the Catholic Church itself.
Cappo should really decide now, does he want to be a public servant, or a Catholic Priest.
