Raise the level of Mount Bold reservoir dam.

At long last, Adelaide and much of South Australia is having some good rains. The way things are going, it will be an average winter, after years of below average rainfall.
However, just look how much water is going to waste out into the Gulf.

Around 4 years ago Mike Rann promised to raise the level of the Mount Bold reservoir dam so that it would be ready to almost double it's capacity when it finally rained.
This could be the year that it fills, but then overflows out to sea.
What a waste of precious water.
But as we all know, like many of Media Mike's promises, nothing has happened at Mount Bold.
