The ACC lets us down with the parklands.

The custodians of our once beautiful parklands, the Adelaide City Council, have let us down bigtime.

As expected, they are now bringing out the chainsaws to remove the hundreds of dead parkland trees. They apparently think this is more efficient than a sustained watering program.
Any new plantings will die too, without water.

And just where is the so-called Adelaide Parklands Preservation Association? Perhaps they really are just there to stop development, not save the parkland trees. They should take a walk to the corner of South Tce/Anzac Highway, that site is a microcosm of the entire parklands saga.
We deserved better!
