Rudd is not a Rann

As a South Australian, I understand that Rudd has been a keen follower and admirer of the style of Premier Mike Rann.

It was Rann who successfully also used his junior ministers to announce bad news, and he only pontificated good news stories. He began to be dubbed "the minister for opening things" and "Good-News-Mike".

Rudd thought that if it worked for Rann, it would work for him. But there was one missing and overlooked factor that Rudd didn't see..... In SA we had a weak and disorganised Opposition. Therefore, by default Mike won the March election.

Federally, the Opposition is no longer weak and disorganised under Tony Abbott. This coming federal election is for Tony to lose, because the very long honemoon the electorate had with Rudd has ended in tragedy.

The only thing that will save Rudd and his government now, is to grow some testicles and stick by your (former) principles. If Rudd truly is "Howard Light" then we all know what happened to Howard don't we?
