Premier Mike "not interested in their options" (click)

Interesting that Good-News-Mike had quite a spin on the "negotiations" with SACA and SANFL on the stadium debate last year.

In The Advertiser 22.01.10 it's reported that SANFL's Leigh Whicker refused to answer claims that he presented a four page plan to the Government for a covered, purpose-built $643 million stadium.
Premier Rann stated "However I wasn't interested in what their different options were".
He went on to say that "When you can agree," (on my plan?) Come back and see me.......
Rann did not comment that he "angrily dismissed" the SANFL's covered stadium plan, because of similarities with the Liberal Party plans.

It seems to me, that as usual, if anyone disagrees with Mike's point of view, they are dismissed and told to come back when they can agree to his line of thought.
The Adelaide Oval re-development with an open roof and circus like architecture, just doesn't hold water as compared to a purpose-built stadium.
The Youtube spoof going around is indeed an interesting and comical look at the way the Premier runs this State substituting Adolf with Premier Mike. Similarities come to mind with Howard running Australia. Where is John Winston Howard now, and his government?
Even the reverred Newspoll couldn't pick that one coming!
