Our SA government asks us to conserve water, let the trees and gardens die and our environment degrade.
And yet in 2003, Mike Rann's "Thinker in Residence" Herbert Giradet" amongst other things, was lauding how to create a Sustainable Adelaide by planting trees. (Herbert didn't mention watering them)
